Bonjour Yann,
excellent travail, je commence à tomber de plus en plus amoureux de mon projet Alinghi "Sport"
Le master est impeccable !
Manque, pour le moment, une photo du moule vu de l'intérieur et le poids de la coque qui semble aussi très bien réussie.
Je reste à l'écoute avec beaucoup d'intérêt, s'agissant du premier modelé développe autour de ma spécification de 4000g mini au lieu de l'actuelle formule de 4500g.
Il va de soi que la ligne de la coque est très élégante, off course !!

je te remercie pour les encouragements,effectivement le design est agréable a l'oeil,concernant le devis de poids je vais le tenir ,je travaille dure la dessus,la partie radio laisse une belle marge cela aide déjà,le plus gros défi se porte actuellement sur la simplification du pont (comme sur le vrai sui100) qui devra être structurel (remplacement du renfort de puit de dérive par exemple) sa construction sera en sandwich carbone airex carbone kevlar de meme que les platines et renforts ,je travaille aussi sur un mat profilé dont j'attend les matériaux je vous transmettrai les résultats si cela s'avéraient positifs
bref je suis motivé a bloc pour réussir ce pari .

hélas je n'habite pas du même coté que vous,je suis vers bordeaux cela dit il se peux je j'aille en vacance dans cette jolie région

I have just finish the female mould of the upper deck :



you can see the boom in carbon ,after some mistakes ,I have finally a correct result the final weight ,25g for a lenght of 48cm section 28 x 7 mm

hy,

I've just remove the hull from the mould,i'm happy for a first time instead of the presence of 4 bubbles (corected with resin+microballs)

the hull is strong but so heavy compared to the Claudio's list :325g

that the consequence to use low cost materials coming from hobby city (22$ by meter) because I have take counts of it my lack of possible experience thus of failure in addition to that my will to explore the sandwich structure in short for this blow I regard this a test and not as a finality ,I intend to finish that under the 4 kilo with the radio and sail setting a second hull will be in building site with another receipt

the weight table of this hull:

gelcoat 40g

carbon kevlar:70gr + 90gr resin

carbon 60gr + 70gr resin

airex 16gr

total: 346 gr in real i obtein 343g and after trimming 325gr

On my opinion the work is very accurate, compliments! Next time, using only carbon fiber, you can obtain a perfect hull witout painting, with carbon look! Compliments!
The hull is not so heavy, mine it is the same, ant it works very well.
